Each spring Trinity School at Greenlawn is honored to be one of a small number of venues in South Bend to host a world-class ensemble participating in the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition—the largest and longest-running chamber music competition in the nation. Invitations to the Fischoff Soirée are extended each spring to our senior class, parents of seniors, and our faculty.
Students look forward to this unique occasion as one of the many special year-end events for seniors leading up to commencement.
This year we were delighted to host two wonderful ensembles: Amity Winds from the Juilliard School, and Amo Brass, from Yale University. Incidentally, we would like to congratulate Amo Brass for being named winner of the American Brass Quintet Brass Ensemble Prize for Senior Wind at this year’s competition!
A reception in the Greenlawn Mansion followed the performance.
