Students were treated to a beautiful chamber music performance by the lute song trio of the Baltimore Consort during the school day on Thursday, April 11. This chamber music ensemble specializes in music from the Renaissance. At Trinity they showcased songs from 16th century England, France, and Italy, as well as traditional Appalachian ballads.
Trio members are Danielle Svonavec, Mary Anne Ballard, and Ronn McFarlane. Mrs. Svonavec taught at Trinity for many years so it was lovely for her former students and colleagues to see her on campus again.
This in-school event was part of Trinity’s Lecture and Performance Series.
