Observing an egg with no shell
Sixth-grade girls in Ms. Cunningham’s science class have been learning about how eggs act as emulsifiers and mechanical leavening agents. Recently they got to observe an egg that had been submerged in a glass of vinegar for five days, which dissolved its shell.

Students in grades 6-8 shared handmade models of a variety of structures from the ancient world, including castles, ships, cathedrals, burial grounds, and monasteries.
