Yesterday Trinity School’s Latin club, Varsitas, sponsored Iron Chef Trinity: Roman Kitchen.

Students were broken up into four teams to first translate an ancient Roman recipe then prepare the dish to the best of their ability to be judged by ‘celebrity’ judges on taste, texture and presentation.

The winning team would receive a set of Mr. Wheeler’s mother’s cookies, the recipe for those cookies (including the secret ingredient), and eternal glory.
