Congratulations to Maria Rossi and Nick Cramer, winners of the 2016 Graduate Award, the highest award given by Trinity School. It is given at the end of the senior year to the students who, in the opinion of the faculty, exhibit the highest expression of the core ideals of Trinity School across the curriculum.

Mr. Lee honored Nick and Maria with the following words:

"Nick's work in the classroom across the curriculum has been remarkable. He is a student who sees to the heart of the most important matters quickly and is willing to help the class understand. He is dedicated. When Nick chooses to do something he goes after it with tremendous energy. He is courageous. He is a leader in the classroom and on the playing field. Thank you for your sacrifices to learn so much and contribute so much to our community of learners."

"Maria has achieved levels of excellence in the classroom that most of us will never reach. But Maria has put her stamp on us all over the place. On the soccer field she has led. In the mock trial courtroom she has excelled. Singing beautifully with the Chamber Choir. Maria too has had to make sacrifices, but in different ways. She shared with me how difficult it was when she first arrived at Trinity School as a sophomore. But she has thrived and produced excellence."

Congratulations, Nick and Maria!
