The sophomores, for their Chemistry Project Week, have been analyzing commercial products. For example, a few groups are measuring how much aspirin is actually in an aspirin tablet, while other groups are measuring the calorie content of vegetable oils or the amount of dye in Kool-Aid. They had to make all of their own solutions and/or build their apparatus.
